本研究主要以企業內創業者(Nascent Corporate Entrepreneurs;簡稱NCE)為研究對象，指 的是參與企業內部潛在創業活動的員工為研究樣本，研究對象為中部地區某美髮業員工，以 問卷調查美髮業者的員工，應用SPSS20.0 軟體，進行專家效度及信度與敘述性統計及皮爾森 積差相關與迴歸分析等取得數據資料；研究結果發現，風險承擔、與創業自我效能對創業意 圖皆有正向顯著影響；而風險承擔對創業意圖也有正向顯著影響。此外，亦針對美髮業員工 個人基本變項與風險承擔、創業自我效能及創業意圖做基本關係之研究；最後就本研究之結 果進行討論，並提出理論之實務意涵。

The purpose of this study was used in the enterprise entrepreneurs (Nascent Corporate Entrepreneurs; abbreviation NCE), refers to the internal entrepreneurial activity is participating employees as the sample, the study survey hairdressing industry employees, application SPSS20.0 obtain data by experts validity and reliability and descriptive statistics and Pearson product moment correlation analysis and other research found that risk taking, and entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have significant positive impact; while risk taking also have a positive significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; in addition, also the basic demographic characteristics of the sample will present, study the basic relationship between risk taking and entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Finally, the discussion on the results of this study and put forward the theory of practical implications.
