「軍人」是社會中較為特殊的職業群體，軍人伴侶和家人的溝通是否建全順暢，關係到其在工作崗位上的表現。而「軍人」這個具高度危險，又經常與長期派駐輪調的職業屬性，對其與伴侶和家人關係的維持造成巨大影響。這些是國軍應當被重視但卻經常被忽略的問題，尤其有關國軍如何藉由媒體科技與伴侶和家人之連繫與溝通行為，目前本土性研究還是付之闕如。因此本文之研究方法是綜整在美軍軍事脈絡下的實徵研究文獻，並以「媒介豐富性」與「媒介同步性」相關理論做為分析架構，歸納出結論和未來研究建議。以期探討出各種溝通媒體科技運用於軍人長期派駐在外時，與眷屬遠距溝通的有效策略。

The military is a special group in society, and we wonder: Is the military professionals’ communication with their families related to their performance on the job?What kind of impact will these professionals’ job characteristics have on their marital relationship? These are to be taken seriously but often overlooked issues. From many officers’ experiences in the military service in the past, family problems, especially problems arising from the relationship with the spouse, often result a bad mood for most military officers. Based on the theories of media richness and real-time media, this paper studies current ways of communication for military professionals and their impact on their family lives and job performances and proposes suggestions.
