忠誠測驗為國軍保密防諜與反情報手段之一，為增加判斷準確率，本研究採虛擬案情進行 前測，取得各人誠實受測心率，作為比較基礎；後採抽籤方式簡單隨機分配，實驗組有32 位， 對照組有34 位，採模擬竊案方式進行後測，以蒐集說謊(實驗組)及誠實(對照組)受測之心率。統 計二組前、後測心率變化，發現實驗組心率提高5.25 次/分鐘，對照組心率則降低3.47 次/分鐘， 二組呈現顯著差異(p=0.000)；此外測驗一開始的心率，最能反映說謊或誠實受測時的情緒。分析 受測者自評前測與後測壓力感受，前測時實驗組與對照組無顯著差異(p=0.869)，後測時則有顯著 差異(p=0.000)，該壓力變化並與其受測心率變化成正比，研究結果顯示測驗開始的心率較有判斷 價值，且心率與心理壓力呈現正相關，相關結論具實務運用價值，可提供忠誠測驗施測者參考。

A fictitious case was designed in the pre-test to collect the heart rate of 66 volunteers as honest examinees. These basic data were used to compare with the heart rate variation in the post-test. In the post-test, 32 examinees were assigned in an experimental group (deceptive) and 34 examinees were in a control group (honest) at random. According to statistical data of heart rate variation of the pre-test and the post-test, the experimental group heart rate increased 5.25 beats per minute, but the control group heart decreased 3.47 beats per minute, and it is significant difference between 2 groups(p=0.000). Besides, the heart rate of test beginning is the best window to exhibit the subject emotion in the polygraph test from counting different zone heart rate changes. In the examinee evaluate pressure vibration of the pre-test and the post-test mentioned analysis, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and control the group in pre-test pressure vibration (p=0.869), but significant difference (p=0.000) in the post-test. This suggests that the circumstances control is ideal and the experiment result is useful in the field case.
