這項研究的目的是探討電腦放射影像假影目前的趨勢和更近一層的認識,以及對電腦放射影像假影之產生原 因及快速解決的方法,以幫助放射師及放射科醫師認識並熟悉假影外觀。假影的產生可以追溯到電腦放射成像系 統的各類元件,如影像板、影像讀取器、影像處理軟體及人為操作不當的結果。本研究收集2015 年1 月至12 月 共16717 例數位X 光影像資料作分析,以品管圈(QCC)基本步驟為方法,根據改善前及改善後的數據,結果可清 楚的發現對策實施後,整體影像假影不良率,已如預計情況,由10.07%大幅降至1.07%,整體改善幅度約為89%, 目標達成率132%。經由CR 片匣、IP 板定期保養、設備品管、目視檢測及放射師再教育,可減少影像假影發生。 因此有效的運用QCC 手法,對於影像品質的提升是有助益的。熟悉假影的型態外觀是重要的,因為假影可以掩 蓋或被誤認為是病理癥兆。因此,影像假影會導致偽陰性和偽陽性,了解CR 假影的潛在來源,將有助於快速辨 別和解決問題,並有助於防止未來發生。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to establish the current trend of CR artifacts and the new facets in identifying and
resolving problems quickly. CR artifacts to help radiologists, and radiologic technologists visually familiarize themselves
with an expanded range of artifact appearance. These artifacts can be traced to various components of a CR imaging
system. The imaging plates , the plate reader, image processing software and /or operator error may all contribute to the
artifacts. We collected 2015 from January to December a total of 16,717 examples of digital X-ray image data for analysis
to Quality Control Circle (QCC) basic steps of the method, according to the data before upgrading and improved results
can clearly find countermeasures implemented after the overall rate of adverse image artifacts, such as the expected
situation has significantly decreased from 10.07% to 1.07%, the overall magnitude of about 89% improvement, goal
achievement rate of 132%. By CR cassettes, IP board regular maintenance, equipment quality control, visual inspection
and re-educate radiologists can reduce image artifacts occur. Therefore, effective use of QCC techniques for improving
the quality of the image is helpful. It is important to be familiar with the appearance of artefacts because artefacts can
obscure, and be mistaken for pathology. Therefore, image artefacts can result in false negatives and false positives.
Understanding the potential sources of CR artifacts will aid in identifying and resolving problems quickly and help
prevent future occurrences.
