本研究透過田野調查與個案研究的方法，探討高雄市內惟埤文化園區特定區基地開放空間留設之現況；由於早期未明確規範基地內部開放空間的位置與形式，因而在發展下出現開放空間過於集中或分散等配置不佳的情形，除了使開放空間缺乏整體延續性外，也造成基地間建築物棟距過於狹窄，產生日照採光及通風等環境問題；因此本研究藉由分析本特定區內個案基地開放空間留設之形式與優劣，檢討現有法令針對本特定區開放空間規範不足之處，並提出相關之改善建議。

This study by field research and case study method , to discusses the base open space present situation in Nei-Wei-Pi Cultural Special District of Kaohsiung city , in the past there is no provision to regulate the open space inside the base , resulting in a lack of continuity in open space , and building distance too narrow , even affect the sunlight and ventilation , so this study will review existing norms deletion , and propose recommendations for imp Department of Civil Engineering and Geomatics Cheng Shiu University rovement.
