本研究以第三支付模式取代 RFID 儲值冷氣管控系統,經過實驗顯示,控制盒的確 能執行原有冷氣控制命令並將環境參數封包上傳至雲端,手機APP 操作命令也能有效 執行,驗證本系統可以執行遠端遙控、雲端管理及線上支付等功能於一身,另外在付費 機制方面,確可取代許多學校、機關以RFID 卡片加值方式來控制冷氣的運作模式,對 於學生或是冷氣使用者而言,不必為了加值而須跑到指定的便利商店儲值,對於學校而 言,減少會計作業成本,並能增加雲端管理作業效率是本研究重大貢獻。 因此,本研究改變了目前校園冷氣使用、管理與付費機制,提供雲端化、行動支付 的新商業模式,後續研究方向是朝向與其他IOT 與行動機應用進行整合。

英文摘要

The highest electricity consumption item is air-conditioning. Probably, someone forgot to turn off the machine or set up the temperature to the lowest. These unintentionally actions cause bills up unreasonably and looking for solutions. This research aims to propose a remote control I.T. system including a control box, APP and cloud-based operation platform to save money and wok efficiency. Based on the market information, a cloud based air-conditioning needs a set of telecommunication devise. Besides, there are brand restrictions. This troubles school and public organizations to follow. This paper adopts experimental approach which design a control box whose function similar with markets’ product, but the designed circuit keeps original air-conditioning signals and adding more instructions based on the proposed APP functions. Regarding the third party payment issues, this aims to replace RFID based campus dormitory application which user pays principal when students pay the full cost of the electricity fees that they consume. However, this research has signed contracts with local bank which allows third party payment really working. This deduces the cost of RFID reader, tags and middle wares for university. The experimental results reveal that the designed control box is cost down and functioning completely while replacing original devise. The designed APP works and cloud-based platform actually retrieve and get air-conditioning data completely. For the students, this research provides an easy way to turn on the air-conditioning and pay the bills via mobile phone. As for university, the management level could adopts the economical way running dormitory and classroom. This will be the advantages for this project which may be integrated with other IOT applications.
