以住家、公司行號或機關團體用電情形來說,高耗能的冷氣機使用上如何節能,一直是最被關注的項目。使用者一方面希望了解冷氣機的使用狀況,以便調整適當的空調溫度,或是在適當的時段開啟或關閉冷氣,以達到節省電費的目的;另一方面,期望能夠有一套可以簡易檢示每部冷氣過去每週、每月使用時間,搭配溫濕度之歷史分佈圖表,以期檢討冷氣使用是否適當,分析是否真正親身力行節能省電的政策。本研究考慮在不限廠牌的新舊冷氣的控制介面處,設計加裝一含無線通信的控制電路,真實地搜集冷氣壓縮機及風扇馬達開啟與關閉之資訊,透過網路閘道器上傳該資訊至雲端平台;同時,雲端平台可傳送該冷氣開、關指令,透過網路閘道器送達至無線控制電路控制該冷氣的開、關,以達遠端控制之目的。由於控制電路內置溫濕度搜集器定時上傳至雲端平台,因此,雲端平台依資料庫資料,可以使用網頁即時監控冷氣的運作,並可產生該冷氣運作之歷史統計,達到真正雲端冷氣節能之設計。

英文摘要

High energy consumption and how to use energy-saving of air conditioners have been most concerned at the place of homes, the company or government organizations. Users expect to know the usage of air conditioners, and then to adjust the appropriate temperature or turn on or off air conditioners, in order to achieve the purpose of saving electricity. And users expect to have a simple management system, including the chart to show the utilization statistics for past one week or one month turn-on/off of air conditioners with the temperature and humidity. So the use of air-conditioning is appropriate to analyze whether person to exercise the energy saving policy. This project considered control interface at the old and new brands of air-conditioning. One wireless control circuit would be designed. The design, including a wireless communications, is true to collect open/close information of air conditioner’s compressor and fan motor, and data are sent through a home internet gateway, and then delivered to the cloud platform. Also, the cloud platform can deliver control data through the internet gateway, and to the wireless communications to control the air conditioning on and off. Since the wireless control circuit built-in temperature and humidity collection, which are periodically uploaded to the cloud platform. Therefore, the database implemented at cloud platform can manage the air conditioners. Users can use the web real-time monitoring of the operation of air and can cause historical statistics of the air conditioner’s operations, and achieve real energy-saving air-conditioning design cloud.
