數位內容產業目前正在蓬勃發展,故對於數位影音製作及其行銷專業人才之需求 日益殷切。規劃此課程教學內容,主要以培育影音製作實務人才為目標,此類人才除了 需具備相關學科的理論基礎外,更須達到業界實務需求的專業技術能力。 本研究主要目的在探討數位影音製作行銷之應用能力以及發展與就業相關課程之 規劃,研究將課程內容以數位影音製作行銷傳播業為對象,研究首先探討數位影音製 作行銷現況和應具備之能力,其次蒐集有關發展能力標準的相關文獻,以獲得數位影 音製作行銷應用能力基本架構之初稿,針對其執行任務所需具備之數位影音製作及行 銷之能力內涵進行分析,並經過二次團體焦點法、三次德懷術問卷調查及學業界專家 會議再確定結果分析,方可決定數位影音製作行銷能力相關之課程內容及大綱,進而 引導以就業為導向之課程發展,此種獲得數位影音專業及行銷能力指標相關課程的方 式, 將可供未來教育訓練課程規劃決策之參考。

英文摘要

As the digital industry is advancing vigorously, there is an increasing demand for the professionals making and marketing digital videos. The planning of the teaching of the course aims to train practical skills in video making. Aside from mastering the theories about relevant subjects, such skills need to acquire the professional abilities required by the field. This study aims to discuss the planning of the courses about the application competency, development, and employment of the digital video making and marketing. Taking the digital video making and marketing industry as the subject, this study first explores the current making and marketing of digital videos and the required competency; second, the documents about the standards for competency development are collected to make a draft of the basic framework of the application competency of digital video making and marketing; third, the meaning of the digital video making and marketing competency required for the task implementation is analyzed. Only after the confirmation of result analysis based on two times of the team focus method, three times of Delphi questionnaire, and the meetings attended by scholars in the circle are the contents and outlines of the courses about the digital video making and marketing competency determined. Then, employment-oriented courses will be developed. Such a method of opening the courses about the digital video field and the marketing competency indicators will be used as reference for the future planning and decision-making of education and training courses.
