針對餐飲業的選址決策問題, 提出了一種基於灰靶群決策的選址方法,為了從系統的角 度對此進行分析,並充分發揮專家的經驗而且克服人為因素帶來的偏差。就餐飲業選址 指標體系, 指標評價中評價資訊的模糊性,和變異係數法確定指標的綜合權重,並依此 建立了基於變異係數法權重灰靶的餐飲業的選址模型。最後,運用灰靶理論對五個地點 的選址決策問題進行靶心度分析,實現了對五個地點的選址決策問題的評價。證明該方 法為餐飲業的選址模型評判提供了理論依據,是一種有效的方法,具有一定的應用價 值。

英文摘要

With respect to location decision-making of locating method Food Industry, allocating method based on grey target group decision-making is put forward. To analyze it from the viewpoint of system and utilize expertise without man-made deviation, an index system affect -ing for location of food industry was established, and the indices weights were determined through covariance coefficient Weight. Finally, grey target theory was applied to approaching degree analysis and evaluate for five locations of the food industry. It showed that the method provides a theoretical basis for the judgment of the locations of the food industry, and is an effective method as well as with high applicable value.
