本研究旨在探討中部地區教保服務人員防災知識、態度及行為之現況,以及不同背 景變項之教保服務人員在防災知識、態度及行為之差異性。以自編問卷為研究工具,採 用分層叢集抽樣方式抽取中部地區1,165 位教保服務人員,得有效樣本數882 人,並以 描述性統計、獨立 t 考驗以及單因子變異數等統計方法進行分析。結果顯示,中部地區 教保服務人員在防災態度、行為及防災整體表現正向且積極,其對五災知能需求,依序 為震災、火災、動植物災害、水災及風災。教保服務人員在防災態度、行為及整體的防 災表現,會因為其服務之「幼兒園性質」、「任教年資」、「教育程度」、「擔任職稱」及「防 災教育相關課程或研習」之背景變項不同,而有顯著差異。最後依據本研究發現,提出 相關建議以供教保服務人員、幼兒園及教育相關單位參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of disaster prevention knowledge (K), attitude (A), and practice (P) among preschool educators in central Taiwan, and to analyze the differences of the preschool educator’s disaster prevention KAP from background variables. The researcher conducted the survey with questionnaires, which were distributed to a stratified cluster sample of 1,165 preschool educators in central Taiwan, with 882 valid questionnaires returned. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results of this study indicated that disaster prevention attitude, practices and KAP overall performance of preschool educators in central area of Taiwan were positive and constructive. From the analysis on the demand of competence for five disasters, preschool educators in central area of Taiwan believed that the level of demand was in the order of earthquake, fire, disasters of animals and plants, flood and storm. In the aspect of disaster prevention attitude, practices, and KAP performance on the overall scale, preschool educators’ performance significantly varied by kindergarten type, education degree, position, and participated in training activities of disaster prevention. Finally, based on the findings of the study, suggestions were provided to the related preschool educators, kindergarten, and educational institutions.
