中文摘要

人才是一個國家展現國力最好的方式,而教育正是培育人才最好的方式。青少年生涯發展正值11~12歲興趣發展階段、13~14歲能力發展階段、15~16歲價值階段及17歲以後的試探階段,透過國家的人才培育機制、計畫內容的比較,配合青少年生涯發展的階段性,開發出更適合臺灣青少年科學人才培育的計畫,協助青少年在未來生涯發展上成為優秀人才。本研究主旨在於將臺灣青少年科學人才培育計畫與北京青少年科技創新學院人才培育計畫進行比較,透過下列步驟:一、描述:將臺灣青少年科學人才培育計畫與北京青少年科技創新學院人才培育計畫加以介紹與描述;二、解釋:透過國家人才培育教育發展戰略歷史做臺灣與中國大陸教育計畫發展脈絡性的解釋;三、併排:根據青少年科學人才培育機制、計畫加以併排比較;四、比照研判:透過上述三項資料進行比較分析以獲致結論,提供未來青少年人才培育計畫設計與實施者的參考。

英文摘要

Manpower is the best way for a country to show its national strength and education is the best development strategy in cultivating talents. Adolescent career development contains four stages: the interest stage of 11-12 years old, the capacity stage of 13-14 years old, the value stage of 15-16 years old and the tentative stage of 17 years old. Through the comparison of the national youth talent cultivation mechanism and program , and coordination with the stage of career development of young people, the government can develop a better cultivation program and cultivate more outstanding youth talents for our country. The study aimed to compare Taiwan Youth Science Talent Cultivation Program with Beijing Youth Science and Technology Innovation Institute Talent Cultivation Program through the comparative method. The procedures were as follows: 1. description: introduce and describe Taiwan Youth Science Talent Cultivation Program with Beijing Youth Science and Technology Innovation Institute Talent Cultivation Program; 2. interpretation: interpret the development context of education programs in Taiwan and in Mainland China through the history of national talent cultivation and development strategy; 3. juxtaposition: parallel compare the youth talent cultivation mechanisms and programs between the two countries; 4. comparison: obtain the conclusions through a comparative analysis of the three data above to provide reference for the future young talent cultivation program design and implementers.
