Toluene exposure is common in occupational environment. Generally, there is no risk between toluene exposure and leukemia. In this article, we will discuss an employee of plastic sheets and bags manufacturing who was diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia after working 24 years. Checking her occupational exposure date, we found there are exposure of benzene-contaminated toluene. Then, we reviewed articles to find if there are relationship between her occupational exposure and disease.
