本文是描述照顧一位因罹患胰臟實性僞乳頭狀瘤的青春期少女，施行胰十二指腸切除術之 護理經驗，照顧期間為2010年5月29日至2010年6月13日，筆者藉由手術前、中、後的訪 視，以Gordon十一項健康功能型態評估為基礎，並運用傾聽、觀察、會談、病歷查閱及電訪 等方法進行整體性的評估，發現病人主要的健康問題於手術前有焦慮，手術中有潛在危險性損 傷及潛在危險性體溫過低，手術後有身體心像紊亂等問題。針對病人問題於術前透過訪視提供 手術的相關資訊以降低病人的焦慮與不安，術中因病人採全身麻醉失去自我照顧能力，針對病 人之個別性需要提供適切之護理，以維護病人手術過程的安全，術後則提供支持及教育性護理 建立其信心，在醫療團隊的相互合作之下，病人逐漸恢復健康順利出院返家，將此護理經驗與 大家分享，以提供手術室護理人員日後照護此類病人之參考。

This article discuss an adolescent girl with a solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancrease. she accepted pancreaticoduodenectomy and perioperative nursing care at our hospital in the peroid 2010.05.29-2010.06.13. We evaluated this case with Gordon's 11 functional health patterns assessments. By the method of patient consultation,observation, chart review and telephone interview, we found the nursing problem such as preoperation anxiety of patient, potential risk of injury during surgery, potential danger of hypothermia after surgery and post surgery body image disturbance. After multiple nursing care, including providing preoperative consultation about the koowledge of gernal anesthesia and pancreaticoduodenectomy to decrease patient anxiety.Providing individual safety care for patient during general anesthesia loss of self-care ability.,and postoperative education support to build her confidence.Under the mutual cooperation of the medical team, this case reovered gradually and discharged.We share the specific experience to provide operating room nurse care in the future.
