中文摘要

本研究取2g的馬尾藻粉末加入100 mL 20% Butylene Glycol水溶劑,使用超音波細胞破碎機以60%/15min震盪後,再以微波加熱600W/5min之複合式萃取方式,萃取出多醣128.3±8.1 mg/g,總多酚4.5±0.1 mg/g。此外,馬尾藻奈米脂質載體以均質/超音波震盪法完成製備後,於4℃下檢測第1天粒徑為114.9±13.9 nm,28天後粒徑為114.1±8.3 nm。載體塗抹於皮膚上28天後,皮膚水分含量提升率達30%;皮膚皺紋改善幅度13.7%;在黑色素方面則減少9.9%,因此馬尾藻奈米脂質載體有相當之保濕與美白成效。綜合本實驗結果得知,馬尾藻奈米脂質載體有明顯之護膚之功效,未來可開發成美容保養品材料。

英文摘要

This study took 2g of Sargassum duplicatum powder, mixed it with 100 mL 20% Butylene Glycol hydrosolvent, and vibrated the mixture with an ultrasonic crusher set to 60% for 15 min. The mixture was then heated with microwaves at 600W for 5 min. Through this compound extraction method, 128.3±8.1 mg/g of polysaccharides and 4.5±0.1 mg/g of total polyphenols were extracted. After the Sargassum duplicatum nanostructured lipid carriers went through the preparation process of homogenization/ ultrasonic vibration, the particle size was 114.9±13.9 nm at 4℃ on the first day. After 28 days, the particle size was 114.1±8.3 nm. After 28 days of applying the carriers to the skin, the skin's moisture content increased to 30%, skin wrinkles were reduced by 13.7%, and the melanin in the skin was reduced by 9.9%. This shows that Sargassum duplicatum nanostructured lipid carriers possess a potent skin moisturizing and whitening effect. To summarize the result of this study, Sargassum duplicatum nanostructured lipid carriers demonstrated obvious skin care efficacy, and it can be developed into a skin care ingredient in the future.
