植物園已被公認是一個國家重視生物多樣性保育、環境保護與教育的重要指標。 臺北植物園因其地理區位,更需兼具都會型植物園角色。為提升臺北植物園之園區設施解 說服務及專業研究之服務品質,本研究乃針對園區内兩大類型遊客,一般遊客(461份) 與學習團醴遊客(226份)為主要問卷調查對象,進行使用者認知期望差距(IPA)分析, 並導入品質特性排序法(QAR),辨識管理上的優先序位。研究結果顯示,一般遊客會在 意園區内空間活動的便利性,同時隱現銀髮族市場的需求,而學習困體遊客則對空間景觀 品質與資訊服務的需求排序較高。本計晝結果提供後續研究者在不同屬性遊客之滿意度分 析建議,在實務上,藉此了解現行植物園經營管理方式所獲之具體效益與需求,同時提供 後續經營管理策略擬定之參考。

英文摘要

A botanical garden has been recognized as an important indicator to represent emphasis of a country on diversity conservation, environmental protection and environmental education. Due to its geographical location, Taipei Botanical Garden needs to play both roles of an urban botanical garden and of meeting expectation from public. In order to enhance the quality of facility services and professional interpretation services in Taipei Botanical Garden, two main types of visitors (general visitors and learning-group visitors) were surveyed to analyze the gap between degree of cognitive expectation and satisfaction. Moreover, Quality Attribute Ranking (QAR) has been applied to assist the ranking of priority based on visitor approach. A total of 461 valid questionnaires from general visitors and 226 valid questionnaires from learning-groups visitors have been collected. The results demonstrated that general visitors were interested in mobility and activities in the park; highlighting potential demand from the aging society. Meanwhile, learning group visitors have higher demand for quality of landscape beauty and quantity of information services. This study provided suggestions on methodology on comparison of satisfaction across different attributes of visitors. In practice, this study has provided Taipei Botanical Garden on specific benefits gained in current botanical garden management goals, while being a reference for future development of framework for management system and strategy.
