探究古代佛教藝術發展，不可忽略的重要機能與目的，是做為佛教傳播的主要媒體工具之一。隨著科技時代的進步，宗教傳播的行為與模式，也會跟隨著媒體工具的改良而改變，尤其是近20年來數位科技的高度發展。然而當行動科技與雲端運算的時代來臨之後，做為宗教傳播之用的佛教藝術，事實上也開始有了革新性的應用。本文宗旨即是探索在行動科技與雲端運算的環境之中，如何研發製作符合新趨勢的佛教藝術應用，例如APP電子出版與OR Code讀取的行動資料，避開了對桌上型電腦或筆記型電腦的依賴，直接透過新時代的行動載具如智慧型手機、平板電腦來讀取。同時在本文中除了提供實際的案例參考之外，也針對研發過程中所出現的困境，以及如何前瞻未來的趨勢做更實務性的探討。

We cannot ignore the function and purpose of Buddhist Art which is one of the major media tools as Buddhism spread when we explore the development to fanciest Buddhist art. As for religious propagation behavior patterns, it will be also changed with the media tools improved with the progress of science and technology era, especially in the height of the development of digital technology in the past 20 years. When the mobile technology and cloud computing era is coming, in fact Buddhist art which is used as religious spread has begun to change. What my aim in this paper is to explore how to research and development the new trend of Buddhist art applications in the environment now of mobile technology and cloud computing, including APP e-Book and mobile application by QR Code. These modes can be read directly by new mobile carries as Smart Phone or Pad without PC or Notebook. I will provide some practical cases in this paper, and also really review the predicament in the past and how to prospect the future.
