中文摘要

在台灣這個山高地窄的海島型國家,河流通常直接流向大海,每年砂石從山上沖刷而下,而沒有做好預 防措施導致土石流的發生。造成生命及財產上無法估計的損失,其中一種預防措施為地工織物的置放。地工 織物最常使用的材料以聚酯纖維為主,而這次研究中使用回收高強力聚酯纖維(PET)廢布邊搭配聚丙烯纖維 (PP),進行開棉、混棉、梳棉、疊棉、針軋固結製成回收高強力聚酯纖維/聚丙烯地工不織布,再經過熱壓機 熱壓,完成拉伸、撕裂、頂破、穿刺、滲透係數測試。測試結果顯示當回收高強力聚酯纖維含量60 %時為 最佳混棉比例,此不織布可應用在穩定軟弱地盤、易鬆動之山坡地、需排水之地段。

英文摘要

In Taiwan, the mountain highlands narrow island nation, river usually flows directly to the sea, sand and gravel washed down every year from the mountains, and no preventive measures have led to the occurrence of landslides. Resulting in the loss of life and property and can not be estimated, one of the preventive measures is the Geotextiles. Geotextiles material most commonly used in polyester fiber. In this study, we use recycled high tenacity polyester (PET) waste selvage with polypropylene fibers (PP). With opening, blending, carding, lapping, and needle-punching to form recycled PET/PP nonwoven geotextiles. After hot-pressing machine. Completion of Tensile Strength, Tearing Strength, burst Strength, Puncture Strength and Water Permeability. Test results show that when the recovery of high-tenacity polyester fiber content of 60 % is the best blending proportion. This nonwoven fabric can be used in a stable weak sites、hillside and the drainage area.
