本文係以臺灣北部一所公立大型社區高中為個案,研究者透過該校在過去八年來學校課程發展的重要事件,以願景領導的視角,分析歸納學校課程發展的關鍵作為,並為願景領導的學校實踐之路留下真實的文字紀錄。

英文摘要

Using a Taipei community high school as a case study, the author proposed the use of the model of visionary leadership. In this study, the author analyzed and summarized the crucial practices for curriculum development by virtue of the significant events in the past eightyear process. The author also aimed to treat the study as a written record of the practices of visionary leadership in school.
