校長學習領導已成為學校革新的重要議題,而發展以學習為核心的學校願景,並將此理念落實於學校的日常運作中,則為實踐校長學習領導的重要原則。為了解校長學習領導與學校願景落實的作法,本研究以個案研究法選取一所以學習共同體為學習領導之具體操作形式的國小為個案。本研究結果顯示:一、個案校長透過教育趨勢的分享,以及學校現況與理想狀態的落差分析,引導學習願景的發展。二、個案校長透過多元的專業發展活動,增進教師對於學習共同體之新學習範式的知能與投入。三、個案校長創造教師實踐與分享的情境,啟動教師的課堂變革,並改變學生的學習氛圍。

英文摘要

Principal leadership for learning has been a significant issue for school innovation. Construction and implementation of a learning-focused vision constitutes a major principle for principal leadership for learning. The purpose of this study was to explore principal leadership for learning and the school vision implementation. To achieve the goal, this study used a case study, selecting an elementary school that adopted a learning community as the embodiment of leadership for learning. The research fi ndings are as follows. 1. The case principal shared the educational trends, and analyzed the gap between school current and its desirable states to develop a learning-focused vision. 2. Through multiple types of professional development, the case principal enhanced the teachers’ knowledge, skills, and involvement of the new learning paradigm related to the learning community. 3. The case principal created a situation for the teachers’ implementation and sharing, which stimulated classroom innovation and changed students’ learning atmosphere.
