中文摘要

本研究主要探討社群網路與心理調適間之關係,並以中高齡白領失 業者為例進行研究分析。本研究採質性研究,邀訪有使用臉書經驗之中 高齡白領階級失業者做深度訪談。研究發現中高齡失業者使用社群網路 (臉書)在臉友的回應中確實可得到情感層面與訊息層面的社會支持。此 外,中高齡失業者使用社群網路(臉書)在臉友的按讚與留言中得到認同而 達到自我接納伴隨著自我療癒的效果。最後,中高齡失業者使用社群網 路(臉書)不但主觀幸福感有顯著提昇且有助於失業後的生活適應。

英文摘要

This paper examines the relationship between social network and psychological adjustment to unemployed middle-age white collar group. For study purpose, we had invited middle-age un-employees as well as Facebook user for depth interviewing. The interview is concentrated in mentally stress caused by un-employ, and how to emotion outlet in Facebook? How to get mentally supporting / concerning by response or click “like” through interactive in network, the experience of the self-treatment processing and subjective happiness acquiring. The experience could be provided to other middle age person for reference and mentally adjustment whenever they are impacted by un-employ. The study finds the results as follows: First, the middle age un-employees could get emotional and society supporting by response from other user in Facebook. Second, the middle age un-employees could get a self-acceptance along with self-treatment effects from other user click “like” or response in Facebook. Finally, the middle age un-employees using Facebook (network) is not only promote happiness but also adjust lives after un-employed.
