策略聯盟是企業快速獲得資源與競爭優勢的重要策略。策略聯盟的 組織是一種極高度動態、複雜的組織結構,必須有效的内部整合與知識 學習方能因應外部環境變動、才能有效進行組織各項任務之推動及組織 動態能力之推展。因此如何經由生涯資本與知識學習的途徑來推展策略 聯盟組織的動態能力並強化競爭,就成為策略聯盟組織之重要挑戰。本 研究探討策略聯盟組織如何有效運用生涯資本Knowing-how、 Knowing-why、Knowing-whom,及知識(應用與探索)學習,進而促成該 組織之動態能力推展。 研究結果顯示:(一)生涯資本Knowing-how對國際策略聯盟之應用 型知識學習有正向的影響;(二)生涯資本Knowing-whom對國際策略聯 盟之應用型與探索型知識學習皆有正向的影響;(三)探索型知識學習對國 際策略聯盟之動態能力有正向的影響。相信本研究結果可以提供策略聯 盟組織運用生涯資本和知識(應用與探索)學習之途徑,進而促成組織有效 開發其動態能力,進而提升企業的動態競爭力與優勢。

英文摘要

Strategic alliance is important for a quick access to resources and competitive advantage in modern firms. It is characterized by a highly dynamic and complex organizational structure. It must actively involve internal integration and external knowledge learning that can ensure the effective execution of all organizational tasks and aid the development of dynamic capabilities (DCs), so that an organization can handle changes in the international business environment. However, the way it helps DCs develop through career capital (knowing-how, knowing-why, and knowing-whom) and knowledge learning (exploitative knowledge learning and exploratory knowledge learning) to enhance competitive advantage is a key success factor for an organization. The following results are revealed for alliance organizations: (a) knowing-how of career capital has a positive effect on exploitative knowledge learning; (b) knowing-whom of career capital has a positive effect on exploitative and exploratory knowledge learning; and (c) exploratory knowledge learning has a positive effect on the development of DCs. These may provide an effective pathway for strategic alliance organizations to use career capital and knowledge learning for the development of DCs, and thereafter promote their dynamic competitiveness effectively.
