本研究採用資料包絡分析法(DEA)以及麥氏生產力指數(MPI)分析33 間台 灣通訊設備產業公司2011 到2015 年的經營績效。以員工人數、營業支出及資產總 額為投入項;資產報酬率(ROA)及股東權益報酬率(ROE)為產出項進行研究分 析。資料包絡分析法(DEA)研究結果顯示:(1)在整體效率上,尚凡為相對有效 率;(2)至於差額變數分析上,宏達電投入的調整幅度最大;(3)最後,敏感度分 析上資產總額為本研究之相對優勢變數。麥氏生產力指數(MPI)結果顯示,在總要 素生產力上,台揚、久大、一零四、致振、環天科、海華、系通、關貿及榮群在研 究期間生產力有顯著改善。

英文摘要

This study using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) evaluate the performance of the Communication equipment industry in Taiwan during 2011 to 2015. Total thirty-three Communication equipment companies be studied, and choose input items are numbers of employee, operating expenses and total assets, return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) are outputs. The research results of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) show that: (1) Sunfun was the efficient company in overall efficiency. (2) As to slack variable analysis, HTC was the company of largest the degree of adjustment of inputs. (3) Lastly, total assets was the most important variable to efficiency. The results of Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) show that Microelectronics, Gu Ta, 104, Skardin Industrial, Globalsat, Worldcom, AzureWave, TranSystem, Trade-Van, Opnet, were productive companies in total factor productivity change index.
