本研究主要是提出以市售丙烯酸鋅(ZDA)作為垃圾焚化飛灰中重金屬鉛(Pb)之螯合劑,結果顯示添加只添加飛灰重量10%以內的丙烯酸鋅即可將原本屬於溶出性有害事業廢棄物的飛灰安定處理成一般事業廢棄物。其最大鉛之溶出削減率為99%,我們還進一步發現安定機制為賈凡尼反應,丙烯酸鋅可將飛灰中之可溶性鉛鹽轉變為不溶性氧化鉛(PbO2)。
Our study was focused on using a commercial zinc di-methacrylate (ZDA) as a novel chelator for lead in municipal solid waste incineration fly ash. Results showed that under the addition ratio of 10% of fly ash only, we can stabilize the leaching hazardous fly ash into non-hazardous solid waste, the highest reduction percentage was 99%. In addition, the stabilization mechanism is found that ZDA can reaction with soluble lead salts basing on Gvanic reaction and transform lead ions into insoluble lead oxide.
