本文旨在探討臺灣與中國羽球教練培育系統,研究結果:一、分級制度與負責單位:中國分級較 臺灣細腻,兩岸皆落實分層管理制度;二、研習規劃與晉級制度:中國較臺灣審慎周密,研習時間長; 中國將繼續教育作為晉級條件,臺灣教練證照採終身制,未建立繼續教育制度;三、申請資格與任職 條件:相較臺灣,中國之特色為:(一)高學歷與專業背景要求;(二)重視專業知識理論;(三)重視 實務工作經驗;(四).訂定工作績效標準。
This study was to discuss the training system between badminton coaches in Taiwan and China. The results were as the following: 1. The Classification System and The Unit in Charge: The classification system in China was more exquisite than in Taiwan; Both carried out the hierarchical management system; 2. Learning Plan and Promotion System: China9s was more thorough than Taiwan’s as well as the longer learning time; China took continuing education as the condition of promotion, which Taiwan did not build up. The coach certificate in Taiwan was life-long; 3. The Qualification: Compared to Taiwan: China’s features were: (1) highly educated and professional background required; (2) values on expertise and theory; (3) values on working practice and experience; (4) standard of working performance. This study was for domestic badminton coaches9 reference of developing education and to provide some suggestions based on the results.
