隨著電子商務的普及和數位化金融的發展,第三方支付掀起一波熱潮。金融業與非金融業均投入第三方支付業務,使得銀行與第三方支付企業間存在競爭合作關係。競合理論本質強調的是合作,競合關係是為成就更大的合作。隨著社會的發展,專業化分工更加專業,銀行、支付公司各有其不同的專業經驗和能力。支付公司和銀行的關係是合作遠大於競爭。銀行與支付商之間能否得到良好合作經營以及提升整體績效,在於互補與互動的關鍵因素。因此本研究回顧銀行與第三方支付等相關文獻並透過專家訪談,分析銀行與第三方支付企業於電子支付產業鏈之優劣勢,並以關鍵事件技術法研究,收集銀行端與第三方支付企業端之實例說明,歸納出銀行選擇與支付公司合作的評斷關鍵合作要素並提出相關管理意涵,以使第三方支付企業審慎思索,如何與銀行建立良好合作關係並為銀行創造價值,冀望未來金融科技與互聯網能為雙方創造出更嶄新的商機。

英文摘要

With the development of e-commerce and digital financial development, the Third Party Payment becomes more popular. Financial and non-financial institutions have invested in the Third Party Payment business. The competition and cooperation between financial institutions and third party payment processors prompt us to discuss their relationship. Coopetition theory emphasizes the essence of cooperation. This study reviewed related literature and interviewed experts. Furthermore, by implementing a phenomenological research (Critical incident technique) and participants’ experiences through a series of content analysis codes, 3 theoretical factors and 10 indexes were presented. Three clusters of cooperation factors were classified as banks' assessment key elements of cooperation with third party payment processors. Therefore, this study can give financial institutions and third party payment processors effective recommendations in cooperation relationship.
