本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學校長辦學績效評鑑之後設評鑑,運用問卷調查法針對104年度接受校長辦學績效評鑑之學校教師進行資料蒐集,以分析該評鑑制度符合適切性、效用性、可行性、精確性與績效性等五大後設評鑑標準的程度。研究結果發現,臺南市國民小學教師對校長辦學績效評鑑之五大後設評鑑標準中,「適切性」、「精確性」在本研究界定為「符合」,而「效用性」、「可行性」、「績效性」則為「普通」,可知104年度臺南市國民小學校長辦學績效評鑑實施成效普遍受到學校肯定,但仍有改進的空間;最後根據研究結果提供具體建議,作為相關單位及未來研究者之參考。
This study employed questionnaire to conduct the meta-evaluation of elementary school principals’ managing performance evaluation in Tainan city. The aim was to understand whether the evaluation system conformed to meta-evaluation standards including utility, feasibility, propriety, accuracy and accountability. Findings were as follows: Propriety standard had the highest average, and followed up by accuracy, utility, evaluation accountability standards. The standards of propriety and accuracy were determined as “agreeable”, and the standards of utility, feasibility and accountability were resulted in “neutral”. Suggestions based on the results were provided to related organizations and researchers for reference.
