中文摘要

校長從專業培育到例行性校務工作的推動與績效責任,再到永續經驗傳承與職涯發展,都需要有系統的培育課程與專業發展標準。因此,本研究希冀透過澳洲相關教育機構對中小學校長專業標準之制定過程與內容,明瞭校長的專業標準規範基準。其次,基於校長也是由教師所進階升級培養而成,所以本研究進而比較教師與校長專業標準之差異,藉以探究身為校長更需具備的專業標準為何,以及不同時期版本下校長專業標準的調整內容與修正依據。最後,本研究再依據研究所得,歸納出澳洲中小學校長專業標準與領導檔案省思與應用,以做為中小學校長培育之理論與實務工作之參考。

英文摘要

From the nurturing of the principal to the performance responsibility of routine school work, to the continuity of experience and career development, we need to develop a systematic curriculum and professional standards. Therefore, this study aims to clarify the professional standards of the principals through the process and content in Australia. At the same time, this study further compares the difference of the professional standards between principal and teacher, as well as different versions of the professional standards and amendments based Finally, summed up the reflection and application of the professional standards and leadership profi les for Australian principals.
