方舟團體是一個以心智障礙及精神障礙的人為核心所建立的社群。在所有以人的能力界定其為人的價值、以競爭為手段所建立起來的社會中，障礙人士人常是最被邊緣化的一群人，被視為有待處理的社會問題，或是以慈善救濟的眼光被對待。方舟的創始人溫立光（Jean Vanier）與加入此團體的荷蘭籍神父、著名靈修作家盧雲（Henri Nouwen）卻都指出一條藉著與他們為友，而開啟的療癒與自由的道路。現今的世界經歷著由天災人禍而來的種種破碎的經驗：內心的破碎、人際的破碎、團體的破碎、與自然之關係的破碎……，溫立光與盧雲對於方舟社群的反思，幫助我們從種種碎裂的經驗之中看到一種自我轉化、並進而轉化世界的可能。本文將從溫立光與盧雲的相關著作討論方舟這個以殘障者所為中心所建立的國際團體如何為宗教在公共領域的實踐提出一個深具啟發的經驗。

L’Arche is an international organization dedicated to people with intellectual disabilities in 1964. It strives to create small faith-based communities of friendship and mutuality between people who have disabilities and others. People with disabilities are marginalized in societies of competition and ableism. They are also regarded as a kind of social problem to be dealt with. Nevertheless, Vanier and other people who share the L’Arche experience point out a different route of healing and freedom through sharing lives with people with disabilities. Their reflection comes from their L’Arche experience. This paper explores how their reflections from L’Arche experience offer insights for the rethinking and revision of disability and healing.
