此篇回顧文章主要探討評估職能治療在中風病人上的效用。我們搜尋1982-2016年內 Pubmed，Medline，及Cochrane library等資料庫內文章，分為日常生活功能 (Activities of daily living; ADL)，工具性日常生活功能 (Instrumental activities of daily living; IADL)、社會 參與及休息睡眠面向等四個面向回顧近期進展。除了由醫療相關人員執行外，自我教育併 執行職能復健可能為一增進回復的因子。而近年研究虛擬實境應用及其他新發展的職能治 療亦於本文中做回顧探討。

The review was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of occupational therapy in stroke patients. We searched the articles from PubMed, Medline and Cochrane library for the years 1986-2016 and review the recent progress through four categories: Activities of daily living (ADL)，Instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)，Social participation and rest and sleep. In addition to performed by health care professionals, self-educated occupational therapy is also a factor of post-stroke recovery. We also discussed the application of virtual reality and other newly developed occupational therapy in this review article.
