肢體接觸與個人的身體健康、情緒及人際關係息息相關，而照顧兒童時的撫 育性互動，對親子的身心都有正面影響；但當孩子年歲漸長，因文化不鼓勵及照 顧需求降低，使父子間的肢體碰觸漸減，影響雙方的互動及親密感。本研究探討 若以肢體接觸遊戲增加父子肢體接觸，是否能促進雙方在遊戲進行當下及日常生 活中的正向互動。研究採單一個案研究A-B-A跨行為設計，對象為一對父子， 以研究者所設計的父子肢體接觸遊戲為自變項，遊戲進行之時及日常生活中父子 正向互動比例為依變項，探討肢體接觸遊戲對增進父子間正向互動的效果。本研 究的結論為• 一、 肢體接觸遊戲進行當中，能提升父子的正向互動； 二、 肢體接觸遊戲進行期間，無法提升父子日常生活的正向互動； 三、 遊戲對不同時段的父子正向互動有不同影響。

The purpose of this study was to examine whether we can promote the positive interactions of a father and his son by increasing their physical interactions through physical contact play. Single subject withdrawal across behaviors design has been adopted in this study. The participants were a pair of father and son. Physical contact play designed by the researcher served as the independent variable, and the positive interactions between father and son during the play as well as in daily life served as the dependent variables. The results showed that while physical contact play successfully promoted the positive interactions between father and son during the play time, it did not produce the same effect in daily life. Besides, the effects of physical contact play were different when the play is performed in different periods of time.
