非自願性個案又稱強制性個案，意即一群需要協助但卻非自願求助的案主所形成，在性侵害加害人的處遇中，性犯罪者往往受到法律規範必須接受強制治療，在治療過程中個案會有諸多的抗拒行為產生，而不願意配合治療過程是非自願性個案上常見的行為表徵。本研究透過實地觀察法方式觀察中部某監獄內性犯罪者參與刑後團體治療運作，欲了解性侵害加害人在強制治療性團體治療內產生的抗拒行為。研究結果發現性侵害加害人團體內之抗拒行為共有十一項，分別為文不對題、沉默、合理化、幽默、不願自我揭露、特質型抗拒、團體外情緒帶入團體內、中斷他人發言、攻擊成員性犯罪行為、質疑領導者以及針對制度質疑。本研究在文末亦根據研究成果提出實務、政策與研究上之建議，以期待助人工作者在未來針對性犯罪者之處遇有所埤益。

The purpose of this study is to observeresistance behaviors of understanding about involuntary clients in the group. This study observed 5 involuntary clients who commit sexual assault cases in field research method. The results indicate that there are 11 resistance behaviors of sex offenders in the group, including irrelevance, silence, rationalization, humor, not selfdisclosure, character resistance, emotions from outsides of the group, interrupt others’ speaking, attack other members’ sex criminal behavior, questions about leaders and questions about systems. This research invite suggestions of practice, of policies, and of researches according to the result from the end of it, and expect to benefit for social workers to face circumstance of sex criminals.
