本研究目的為描述女性諮商輔導碩士生於研究所生涯的學習與成長經 驗。前後總計訪問九位28至38歲女性諮輔碩士生,並以現象學質化方法分 析所得資料,結果呈現三大主題:提升自我了解、提升自我效能及個體與環 境和諧互動。其他重要議題包括諮輔碩士生透過自我探索達成整合過去、連 結現在與未來的目標,運用經驗性學習連結自我、他人、生活與環境,及認 同諮輔專業。最後並探討教育訓練、研究與實務相關議題。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to describe the learning and growth experiences of female master students pursuing counseling and guidance careers. Nine students, spanning an age range of 28 to 38, participate in this study which adopts a phenomenological qualitative method with in-depth interviews. Results include the following three themes: enhancing self-understanding, promoting self-efficacy, and reaching a harmonious interaction between the self and the environment. Moreover, several important issues are discussed, namely the students, self-introspections on the past, present, and future; students, experiential learning connecting the learning and the self, others, their lives, and the environment; and the students9 identification with the profession of counseling and guidance. Finally, related issues of training and education, research and clinical practices are also discussed.
