中文摘要

熱蒸氣在烘乾定型機烘室內運轉及流動,會因烘室內之直角幾何空間,以及熱風不易流動而距 離織物較遠的流場,形成無效用的空間,因此可藉由這些無效空間的遮蔽及機構設計的改善。 將對烘箱流場空間創新結構做深入探討,探討烘室中不同遮蔽空間規劃之流熱場優化,並經由 產官學研共同研究後,評估一可行性方案進行雛形模組打樣,打樣完成後,將於定型機之烘室 內進行無效空間之遮蔽實作工程,來驗證其節能效益。另一方面,為增加烘室內之熱風使用效 率,將在烘室內上下吹洩風嘴的地方裝設可調動式的逆流引導設計,設計以後氣推前氣模式, 讓後段烘室較為乾燥高溫的熱氣逐步往前推至前段烘室,提高烘室內之熱風重疊率。

英文摘要

The operation and flow of the hot steam in the baking room of the bake-out machine will be caused by the geometrical space of the right angle in the drying room and the flow field which is far away from the fabric by the hot air, so it can be shielded by these ineffective spaces This part is to establish the temperature flow field, the circulation air convection field and the humidity field of the drying chamber. And then we will use the rule of experience to make the baking process of the baking process step by step. Object heating precision. The 3D model and proofing of the drying room were built and the ANSYS Fluent analysis software was used to analyze the temperature and the velocity field of the airflow in the drying chamber by using the CFD computer aided simulation technology. Temperature difference and other indicators, to form a high efficiency drying room energy-saving technologies.
