臺灣預估在2025年將邁入「超高齡社會」,但這樣的日子可能會比預測值提前到來,因此,在人口政策和教育政策上,不得不做進一步的因應與準備。然國內對於「木球運動自主學習團體」之研究乏善可陳,因此,本研究聚焦在「高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體動機之研究」。本研究以俗民誌研究探究高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體動機、特徵與困境,其主要目包括:一、瞭解高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體動機之情形;二、瞭解高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體之特徵;三、瞭解高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體之困境;四、提供研究結果與建議供雲林縣元長鄉五塊村社區高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體之參考。本研究經參與觀察及半結構訪談後,針對研究目的提出相關結論,包括:一、高齡者在參與木球運動學習前是毫無學習的;二、高齡者參與木球運動學習的動機是從被動到主動的且差異明顯;三、高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體之特徵是自我導向且具有強勁的凝聚力團隊合作學習統整的歷程,並能不斷面對新的問題共同發展解決問題的對策;四、高齡者參與木球運動自主學習團體的困境包括情境障礙及機構障礙。本研究希望針對「木球運動自主學習團體」課程的研發、各級教育單位推廣「木球運動自主學習團體」運作、能增加相關議題進行探索並尋求解決之道,是為「木球運動自主學習團體」帶來更多的助益。

英文摘要

It is estimated that Taiwan is going to become a ‘super aged society’ in 2025, and perhaps the day will come earlier. Therefore, we have to cope with and prepare for population and education policies. However, there are not enough research on wood ball autonomous learning in group in Taiwan. This study focuses on the motivation, characteristics, and difficulties of elders participating in wood ball autonomous learning communities. The main purposes are: (1) to understand the situation on elders’ motivation of participating in wood ball autonomous learning communities; (2) to understand the characteristics of the elderly participate in wood ball autonomous learning in group ; (3) to understand the diffi culties of the elderlyparticipate in wood ball autonomous learning in group; (4) to provide research results and suggestions for the community in Wukuai Village, Yuanzhang Township, Yunlin County. After observations and interviews, conclusions based on the research purpose are proposed. (1) Elders didn’t have any learning experiences before participating wood ball. (2) The motivation of the elderlyparticipate in learning wood ball is from passive to positive and has obvious difference. (3) The characteristic of the elderlyparticipate in wood ball autonomous learning in group is self-oriented and has the integrating process of team work learning. In addition, when constantly facing new problems, they can develop policies to solve problems together. (4) The difficulties of the elderlyparticipate in wood ball autonomous learning in group include situational and institutional obstacles. This study hopes to explore the issues and look for solutions on the development of curriculum on wood ball autonomous learning in group, and the promotion of wood ball autonomous learning in group by educational institutions. It is also hoped that more benefi ts can be brought in for wood ball autonomous learning in group.
