周星工程(Jusung Engineering)公司成立於1995 年，為首家在南韓本地與全球 打開半導體設備市場的南韓業者。公司的產品主線為化學氣相沈積裝置(CVD)，更 特別是電漿增強式化學氣相沈積裝置(PECVD)。目前已在台申請CVD 裝置相關專 利件數為71 件(搜尋日期截止2016/05/01)，主要內容包含CVD 系統之零組件以 及生產線中之配置方式。本報告將針對該公司在台灣的CVD 專利申請狀況及關 鍵專利內容作探討，以了解其專利佈局策略。

Jusung Engineering company was founded in 1995 and is a first producers of semiconductor equipment which has opened the Korea and global market. The main product line is the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) system, especially the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system. The company has issued 71 patents in Taiwan, (upon 2016/05/01). The content of these patents include the component and production line scheme of CVD. In this report, the patent filing status and key patent for CVD were introduced to understand the patent deployment strategy.
