中文摘要

臺灣20年來的教育改革未能符應社會大眾的需求與期待,故學習革命的倡議因勢而 起。什麼是學習革命?為何需要學習革命?如何推動學習革命?關心學習革命的人必須 有適切的思維,將這三個問題想清楚,說明白,然後據以行動,以免治絲益棼,徒增紛 擾。本文討論學習革命的思維邏輯,即針對這三個問題的思維方式與重點加以說明,建 議應用概念定義、問題分析、工具邏輯、策略選擇以及系統觀照等五種思維方法,讓學 習革命的思維更具合理性和說服力,以引導有效的變革行動。同時,本文建議,學習革 命的推動應重視研究和實驗,透過教育研究的應用以及相關實驗的推廣,為學習的變革 與精進開展一種可長可久的「靜默革命」(quiet revolution)。

英文摘要

In term of logic of thinking, this paper emphasizes that a clear, reasonable, and plausible thinking is required to answer three key questions about learning revolution. Those questions are: (1) What is learning revolution? (2)Why is learning revolution needed and indispensable? (3) How to make the learning revolution practical and feasible? Five ways of thinking are proposed as tools for the thinking on learning revolution. They are definition of concept, analysis of problem, logic of instrument, selection of strategy, and synchronization of system. It is concluded that even people may support both the idea and action of learning revolution, the society needs a stable and incremental changes in the fi eld of learning without any kind of risk. Therefore, this paper strongly recommends a quiet revolution based on results of educational research and experiment instead of a radical learning revolution.
