本文將從國外三種「閱讀素養」的評比(PISA、PIRLS和NAEP)中,歸 納出某些閱讀教學應該特別強調的能力項目與相關的教學重點,並以此為基礎, 進一步參酌近年來美國頒布施行的CCSS語文課標中閱讀教學的内涵,逐步建構 出筆者名之為「湖心投石」的閱讀教學模式。此外,本文將此初步建構而成的「湖 心投石」閱讀教學模式,與現今教育部《九年一貫課程綱要》所認可的「國語科 混合教學法」作一對照,藉以突顯「湖心投石」閱讀教學模式的特色。

英文摘要

Emphasis of teaching and learning in reading education was generalized according to the comparison of PISA, PIRLS, and NAEP in the study. Based on former inductions, researcher further reviewed the contents of CCSS language art standard from USA and established a reading education model called “Hu-Xin-Tou-Shi.” Moreover, the characteristics of preliminary established model were presented by comparing to “Mixed teaching method of Language art” which was admitted by MOE Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines.
