本研究的目的乃經由文獻回顧與定義探討組織文化、員工溝通滿足、組織信任之間的關係並檢視員工溝通滿足是否為組織文化與組織信任間的中介效果歷程。組織文化影響個人在組織內的表現,研究結果顯示組織內有團隊合作與專業創新組織文化較能給予員工較多的溝通滿足。影響員工溝通滿足及組織信任因素很多,為了有助於公司員工對溝通滿足及組織信任之提升,除了要加強組織內溝通管道的暢通外,企業主管應鼓勵且重視員工的意見與看法、在組織間給予開放性的溝通文化、讓員工有更多機會參與公司決策、教育員工知識分享、團隊合作等重要觀念,將使組織內溝通方式更加開放。

英文摘要

This study is to discuss the relationships among organizational culture, communication satisfaction and organizational trust, and whether communication satisfaction is the intermediary effect for organizational culture and organizational trust. The organization culture affects personal performance inside organization; this study concludes team cooperation and the specialty innovation of organizational culture could give more satisfaction for employee. There are more factors to affect communication satisfaction and organizational trust. In order to improve the employees’ communication satisfaction and organizational trust, besides improving the communication channel, managers should pay more attention the employees’ opinion and give more decision right, share knowledge and teamwork.
