國軍藝宣展演向來由政戰專業部隊及軍藝教育單位，配合軍中文藝政策指導，透過演出進行 宣教，以陶冶官兵、激勵戰志、鼓舞士氣、宣揚軍人武德。然近年組織任務調整，專業單位裁撤， 相關活動銳減，僅配合重要活動宣演。本研究回顧過去國軍的藝宣展演，並從國軍慶祝黃埔建軍 90 年的兩個代表性演出—國防部《國與家》音樂劇及政戰學院應用藝術學系《軍人，魂》舞台 劇，探討國軍現階段藝宣展演現況，並提出面對當前藝宣需求及人才短缺，執行任務的用人單位 與育才的學系間如何建立產學合作、學用合一的機制，加以跨部會的資源整合、專業藝術管理等 問題及建議，以進一步發揮國軍藝宣精神戰力之實效。

The military arts performances have been presented by political warfare professional troops and arts educational institutions, under the guidance of Political Warfare Bureau, in order to edify soldiers, encourage combat will, boost morale, and promote military virtues. However, in recent years, the organizations and the tasks were adjusted, professional units were abolished, and arts activities were reduced, performances were staged only on major national festivals. This study reviews the musical "Country and Family" and the play "Soldiers, Spirit" for the 90th anniversary of the establishment of R.O.C. Army, presented by the Department of Applied Arts, Which shows the soft power manifested by arts performances. This study further explores the problems facing the R.O.C. armed forces, such as the lack of talents, the demand for arts, the need for establishing a mechanism for linking the education institutions and the industry, merging education and practice, integrating cross-department resources, and upgrading the management of professional arts affairs, with suggestions.
