本研究旨在探討2009年到2015年臺灣的輔助溝通介入研究對發展性障礙 者的表達性溝通成效。藉由系統性文獻分析的過程,從臺灣八個常用的電子資料 庫蒐集自2009年以後的文獻,最後獲得12篇實證性研究。由分析結果可知, 12篇研究共包括20位研究對象,研究對象以國小階段為主,障礙類別多為智能 障礙與自閉症。研究方法多數採用跨行為的單一受試研究設計,以成人為主導且 具高結構性的教學法介入居多,主要的溝通功能為表達需求或要求,而最常使用 的溝通設備為低科技與輕科技的溝通設備。根據效果值顯示,有九成五的個案顯 示輔助溝通介入對其表達性溝通具有成效。

英文摘要

This study adopted a systematic review process to explore the effects of AAC intervention on expressive communication for individuals with developmental disabilities in Taiwan in the past six years. Twelve empirical studies from eight major databases in Taiwan were analyzed through the two-step screening procedure. Results show that the major types of disabilities of the participants in these studies were intellectual disabilities and autism. Most of studies used single-subject multiple baseline/probe design across behaviors; the major teaching method for intervention was highly structured and dominated by teacher; and the major AAC devices were low tech and light tech . According to effect sizes in the studies, the effect of AAC interventions on improving expressive communication for individuals with developmental disabilities was confirmed.
