成果導向教育強調學生畢業後真正擁有的能力,秉持「每位學生均能成功」理念。2009年創置「成果導向課程發展模式」,乃先擬定可直接評量的能力指標,次以能力指標來調整、設計課程及規劃配套措施,後實施課程的學習成效評量,並將學習成效評量結果用來回饋能力指標、微調評量指標,以持續成長。南華大學、南臺科技大學、黑龍江職業學院實施與轉化此模式,並均發展出符合學校發展特色的課程發展模式。另,此模式亦融入中華工程教育學會的「工程教育認證」以及高等教育評鑑中心的「高等教育評鑑」。此模式創置與應用至今,乃一套可嘗試適用於所有評鑑、認證的課程發展模式。

英文摘要

With the belief that “every student can achieve success,” outcome-based education emphasizes the competences students can approach after they graduate. In 2009 outcomebased curriculum has been established in terms of: fi rstly planning competency indicators for direct assessment, secondly adjusting and designing courses as well as planning a supporting measure with the competency indicators, and then implementing learning effect assessment, so as to offer feedbacks to competency indicators and modify measurements for a continuous development. Three universities including Nan Hua University, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and Heilongjiang Polytechnic implemented and transformed this mode, and have developed curricula in accordance with university development characteristics respectively. In addition, this mode has been fused into engineering education accreditation of IEET and evaluation in higher education of Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan. This mode has been proved to be a course development mode applicable of all assessments and accreditations ever since it was constructed and applied so far.
