本研究旨在探討自尊成長團體方案的設計與效果,實際招暮成員,並以研究者所設計的自尊成長團體方案帶領團體,團體結束後,以訪談的方式尋求成員的回餚,針對獲得的資料進行内容分析,研究結果以成員對於團體方案的回饋、團體成員的改變與成員 對於團體的感覺這三面向來做呈現。該研究以某科技大學15名學生作為研究對象,每週進行一次,每次兩個小時,共八次,16個小時。研究者在方案中運用了表達性藝術治療技術,包括了:繪畫、音樂、黏土、寫作與說故事,希望成員能藉由表達性藝術技術來進行自尊的探索,學習欣賞自己與他人,並意識到自己的力量;除了自我的探索外,營造成員彼此間給予正向回餚的氣氛,期望陪伴成員逐步建構正向自我,進而提升自尊。
This study is to explore the effect of self-esteem group project. We recruit members and lead group according to self-esteem group project designed by researchers. When group ended, we interview members to get feedback. We analyze the content of information which was got from members. The research result was presented as three parts including (l)Membersf feedback about group project; (2)Members' change; (3)Members' feeling about group. Our members are fifteen college students. The group proceeded two hours a group and once a week. It was carried out eight times and sixteen hours totally. We use expressive art techniques in the project, including painting, music, clay, writing and story-telling. We hope members can explore their self-esteem through expressive art techniques, learn to appreciate themselves and others and awake their power. We also encourage members to give positive feedback to each other, and accompany them to establish positive-self and improve self-esteem.
