目的：本研究之目的在透過團體心理治療相關論文的發表，去瞭解台灣本土團體心理治 療發展的概況，以提供未來團體心理治療界發展及推廣團體心理治療之參考。 方法：整理1995年至2005年間，在中華團體心理治療學會之學刊所發表的全論文及年 會所發表的口頭報告，台灣精神醫學會年會所發表的口頭報告及壁報展示。並將 每份論文或報告加以分類，同時針對每一類別在不同年度間之發表數與年度施予 斯皮爾曼相關分析。 結果：本研究結果為1•論文總數正在急速增加中，但全論文卻微微降低2.來自社區的團 體成員在持續增加中3.發表論文理論多不明確或仍屬衛生教育性質4.研究取向仍 多屬經驗分享或成效評估為主5.心理劇及藥酒癮團體在減少中 結論：制度的制定及政府政策對團體心理治療的發展有很大的影響。台灣團體心理治療 的模式正朝著多元化的方向前進，但是多數團體心理治療的研究方向仍需要朝更 精緻、更深入的研究主題。

Object: The purpose of this research is to find the development of group psychotherapy in Taiwan and provide some suggestions for the future through the publications. Method: This research summarized the publications including full articles, oral presentations and posters between 1995 and 2005. The correlations between years and publications are analyzed by Spearman correlation. Result: First, the number of the publications was increasing but of the full article was decreasing. Second, the members from the community were increasing. Third, most of all publications didn't have a clear theoretical base. Fourth, most of all publications just shared the group experience. Finally, psychodrama and alcoholic group were decreasing. Conclusion: The political system and the policies are very important for the development of group psychotherapy. Diversity and need for more delicate researching topics are issues for the future.
