本硏究目的在探討兩階段式團體對護理人員專業自我的影響,採用參與觀察的質性硏究方 法,以在臺北某教學醫院組成的精神科護理人員成長團體爲對象,本硏究兩階段式團體,包括 病人團體(50分鐘)以及之後的護士團體(50分鐘)兩部份,自民國89年10月至90年1月,進行 每週一次,每個團體之帶領者2位,6-10位成員,各進行十二次的團體對話。資料捜集主要以 錄音記錄團體過程,再轉爲文字,採用持續比較法分析團體互動內容。結果發現團體的鏡照與 分享,促使護理人員專業角色的轉化,由體察、省察到包容。此外,兩階段式團體促進互爲主 體性的展現,有利於同感能力的形成。

英文摘要

This study was to explore how the professional self of psychiatric nursing staffs would be transformed in the two-stage training group. The authors, as facilitators of the group, used participant observation to conduct the study. The process of training group included inpatient group and the following group for nurses. The group had 12 sessions. Each group for nurses held on 50 minutes weekly. The groups processes were tape recorded and transcribed verbatim. The data were analyzed by constant comparative analysis. The mirroring and sharing in the group interaction promoting the nurses transformed their experience through embodiment, reflection and embracement was found. The intersubjectivity in the two-stage training group could promote empathic abilities of nurses.
