鄉土歌謠像一面鏡子,反映出一個國家的民族性、歷史性、傳統性和鄉土性。福佬語系是台灣人口比例最高的族群,代代福佬人們在這塊土地所流傳下來許多代表不同時代的鄉土歌謠。這些歌謠蘊含著台灣的歷史軌跡、風土民情、社會變遷、政經景況及人文現象等,都是可應用於音樂、文化、文學、母語,及藝術與人文等各項教學的好素材。本文將從上述各種面向,舉例說明福佬系鄉土歌謠在藝文教育上的意義和價值,以作為從事相關學科教學工作者的參考。

英文摘要

Being like a mirror, folk songs have evolved to reflect the characteristics, historical features as well as traditional and native specification. As the predominant ethic group of Taiwan, Holo-speaking people constitute the largest percentage of the population in Taiwan. Each g e n e r a t i o n has passed down abundant native folk songs which depict the features of their respective ages. Represent Taiwan’s historical path, customs, changes, political and economic circumstances, as well as cultural phenomena, these Holo native folk songs can be adopted as proper teaching materials in music, cultural, literary, native-language, and art education. This paper will elucidate with examples the significance and value of Holo native folk songs to art and cultural education. It is also hoped that the study will serve as useful references to educators in the relevant areas of education.
