中文摘要

本篇文章在整理排球選手嚴重肩關節運動傷害手術後重返球場策略,過程中除文獻整理肩關節與傷害防護之相關研究成果,並以半結構方式訪談受肩關節運動傷害術後成功重返大專盃、企業聯賽及擔任國家隊之四位選手重返賽場經驗。結果包含排球運動與肩關節傷害、肩關節運動傷害的防護。具體策略涵蓋第一是開刀完手角度的增加,避免肩膀沾黏;第二是增加肩關節術後的肌肉伸展與柔軟度,避免肌肉攣縮或過度拉傷;第三是肩胛骨固定肌群加強;第四是肩關節周邊肌群加強,穩定肩膀棘上肌、棘下肌、小圓肌、肩胛下肌等肌肉;第五是胸大肌使上臂屈曲、內收、旋內的強化。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the shoulder protective strategies on volleyball athletes after surgery. The research methods included literature review on shoulder injury progressive exercises for return-to-field athletic interviewed 4 athletes who returned to Collage Cup, business leagues and national team about progressive exercises. The results included shoulder injury on volleyball and shoulder progressive exercises. Specifically, the first strategy was to increase ROM and decrease scar tissue after surgery. The second one was to stretch muscles before exercise in order to prevent muscle strain. The third one was to enhance scapula stability, especially on rotator cuff. The fourth one was a comprehensive training on supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor. The fifth one was strength on pectoris for arm flexion, adduction, and internal rotation.
