本篇對膀胱過動症目前之治療做整體性的回顧，依據目前各方證據提供目前治療之參考，並描述 各種治療之特色及差異性。從行為治療、藥物治療、膀胱注射、神經調節、到侵入性的手術治療等，總 結出治療趨勢之流程，盼能給予臨床醫師治療上之幫助。

This article reviewed current clinical evidences and performed a systemic analysis for the current treatment strategies of overactive bladder. We summarized different features of behavior treatments, pharmacologic management, intravesical injection, neuromodulation, and invasive surgical treatments. The conclusion of this article as a clinical guideline may provide clinicians practical recommendations.
