學校志工能夠提供多項服務支援,補充人力不足,於現今少子化趨勢導致人 力逐漸短絀的情況下,越顯重要。學校志工以實現非營利組織的社會公益為使 命,如何維持工作熱情值得探究。本研究以其為對象,引用工作要求-工作資源 模式,探討影響學校志工工作熱情之前因,及工作熱情對於工作滿意度與生活滿 意度之影響效果,使用問卷調查取得中小學學校志工之認知回應,共回收415份 有效問卷,以結構方程模式分析獲致研究所得。結果顯示學校志工的工作資源對 工作熱情具有顯著正向影響,而工作要求則會降低志工工作熱情。且工作熱情對 工作滿意度及生活滿意度具備顯著正向影響效果。

英文摘要

School volunteer workers provide various services to play an essential backup role when additional manpower is needed. Without substantial incomes or benefits, how volunteer workers continuously hold high levels of job passion requires further discussion. The current research applies the Job Demands-Resources model to explore the antecedents and consequences of school volunteer workers5 job passion. Data from a survey of 415 volunteer workers was analyzed using structural equation modeling. A variety of fit indices confirmed the overall model fit, and all of the paths in the model were statistically significant. The results reveal the negative effects of job demands on volunteer workers’ job passion, while job resources are positively associated with their job passion. Meanwhile, volunteer workers5 job passion may positively lead to their work and life satisfaction. The implications of the results for practitioners and future research are discussed.
