本研究以春石斛蘭Dewrfrobkm Lucky Girl模擬貯運置於15°C、20°C及25°C黑 暗狀態下模擬貯運7天,花朵發育期分別為綠苞期、轉色期及微開期之植株,以測試花 朵發育期之貯運溫度效應。結果顯示,綠苞期植株於15C貯運期間維持低呼吸率,但貯 運期間至第7天出現乙烯生合成高峰。轉色期植株於貯運期間以15C維持低呼吸率但第 4天達乙烯生合成高峰。微開期植株於15C貯運期間在第1天乙烯高峰後遞減,但第1 天維持較低呼吸率後上升,但貯運期間至第7天15C、20C及25C之乙烯生合成皆高於 對照組。貯運後之反應,綠苞期植株經15C及20C貯藏後於第1天及第3天呼吸率提升, 20C及25C之乙烯生合成均高於15C。轉色期植株經貯藏後,201於第2天呼吸率提升, 20C在第1天及第3天出現乙烯生合成,25C於第5天出現乙烯生合成。微開期植株經 貯藏後於第2-4天後呼吸率提升,15C處理則維持低量乙烯生合成。綠苞期及轉色期植株 以15C貯運能延緩開花,轉色期植株於20C貯運期間花蕾脫落率及黃化率較低,微開期 植株25C貯運期間花蕾脫落率高,15C貯運期間花朵脫落率低。貯運後,綠苞期、轉色 期及微開期植株於15C盆花觀賞壽命佳分別為22.2天、18.1天及13.9天。

英文摘要

Dendrobium Lucky Girl plants were in simulated transportation under dark storage at 15"C, 20, and 2S"C for 7 days. The flowering stages were divided by the green bud, petal color changing and sepal slightly open stage to investigate the interaction between storage temperature and flowers stages. Result indicated the green bud stage flowers showed lower respiration rate at 15 "C, while ethylene biosynthesis rose up at the ih day. The petal color changing stage flowers maintained lower respiration rate at IS"C, but ethylene biosynthesis had increasing at the 4th day. The sepal slightly open stage flowers had increasing ethylene biosynthesis at the I" day among 15 'C, which kept lower respiration rate at the 1't day then increased, but the 1S 'C, 20''C and 25"C storage showed higher ethylene biosynthesis than control at the i h day during storage. The green bud stage flowers had increasing respiration rate at the I st and 3th days among I SoC and 20oC storage, while 20'C and 2S OC storage showed higher ethylene biosynthesis than 1S"C storage after storage. The petal color changing stage flowers had increasing respiration rate at the 2nd day among 20°C, while 20°C storage appeared ethylene biosynthesis at the I st and 3th days, 2SoC storage presented ethylene biosynthesis at the peak on sth day after storage. The sepal slightly open stage flowers had increasing respiration rate at the 2"d to 4th days among 15°C, 20oC and 2S'C, however I S'C storage maintained lower ethylene biosynthesis after storage. The green bud and petal color changing stage flowers showed delayed flowering during storage at 1 SOC . The petal color changing stage flowers showed lower flower bud abscission and flower bud blast during storage at 20 'C. The sepal slightly open stage flowers appeared higher flower bud abscission at 2S'C, lower flower abscission were showed at I S'C during storage, three stage flowers presented better shelf-life at I S'C which showed 22.2 days, 18.1 days and 13.9 days, respectively.
