本研究將針對Elekta Synergy 直線加速器的功能,kVCBCT 在頭頸部、胸腔部及骨盆腔部擷取影像時,與原 使用的GE CT-Xim 在相同部位取像時,體內累積劑量的測量與比較。本研究以133 顆熱發光劑量計分別置於人 形假體頭、頸部、胸腔部、腹部及骨盆腔部切面內,分別用Synergy 直線加速器執行以上部位的kVCBCT 成像及 GE CT Xim 的切面掃描,掃描後的熱發光劑量計經計讀後,kVCBCT 所累積的劑量比CT Xim 低,在頭頸部平均 約低了11.3 倍(DCT-Xim/DkVCBCT=65.2mGy/5.8mGy);胸腔部及腹、骨盆腔平均約低了8.2 倍(DCT-Xim/DkVCBCT=4.92mGy/ 0.6mGy)。因此臨床使用kVCBCT 可大幅降低輻射劑量,尤其是頭頸部,對危急器官可達到劑量降低的目的。

英文摘要

This study will focus on Elekta Synergy linear accelerator function, kVCBCT in the head and neck, chest department when capturing images, measuring and comparing the cumulative dose in vivo and pelvic portion of the original use of GE CT-Xim at the same site to capture images. In this study, 133 thermo-luminescence dosimeters were placed humanoid prosthetic head, inside the neck, chest , abdomen and pelvis department section, respectively, with the implementation of the above sites Synergy linear accelerator kVCBCT slice imaging and scanning operations of GE CT-Xim by thermo-luminescence dosimeters scanned by meter reading, kVCBCT cumulative doses lower than CT Xim, head and neck in an average of about 11.3 times lower (DCT-Xim/DkVCBCT=65.2mGy/5.8mGy), chest part and abdomen, pelvis average of about 8.2 times lower (DCT-Xim/DkVCBCT=4.92mGy/0.6mGy); therefore kVCBCT clinical use can significantly reduce the radiation dose , especially the head and neck , to the critical organ dose reduction.
